Jette cemetery, at the Secretinlaan, is a stone's throw away from the railway station. There is a well kept hero park for the victims and the veterans of the Two World Wars. The heroes of the First World War, 37 in total, which were buried here, almost all died in the Brugmann Hospital in Jette. Therefore, here no unknown soldiers.

The Jette municipality also opted for its personal design of the tombstones. The information on the stones was, however, printed or painted and, on many stones, one has to guess for a number of data.

Often the hedges between which the soldiers are buried touch the tombstones and hide or damage the texts.
