The civil cemetery of Sint-Niklaas is on Tereken. There, I was pointed the way to three private graves of soldiers, victims of the First World War, and I found a fourth on the honorary park, although that park was rather organized for the victims of WWII. You see this grave on the far right next to the hedge on the bottom picture.
The heroes and veterans of both World Wars are buried here together.
The condition of the private tombs is what one can expect after nearly 100 years of exposure to the weather.
